Adding to the wealth of exciting Irish artists gaining wider exposure, Drogheda four-piece modernlove. have set a new bar for inventive, polished alt-pop. An indie band at heart, Barry, Cian, Daniel and Graham spent much of 2020 rescheduling shows, reassessing their goals and getting together (when lockdown allowed) to write a slew of new radio-ready singles.  Each track delves into the complexities of modern life, confronting the concerns of many a twenty-something; be it romance, rejection, 21st-century communication and the daily impact of all three. The energy they bring to their live shows has been beyond impressive, landing them an agent at Paradigm (Paul Buck), with promotion via Kilimanjaro (Jamie Anderson).  Existing support for previous singles has been incredibly encouraging, with each track landing on NMF UK at Spotify, as well as Fresh Finds, Alt-Pop and The Pop List, plus numerous spots on Channel 4’s Made In Chelsea, amongst others.
